Early in our relationship, a friend did a Tarot card reading for us. When we nonchalantly asked about "our future," we pulled The Sun - a powerful card symbolizing happiness, clarity, growth and deep emotional fulfillment. What was supposed to be a simple lighthearted game actually brought to light our feelings for each other and forecasted our bright future ahead.

 

​Inspired by this Tarot reading, the colors of our celebration ​will represent a French Provençal Garden flooded with sunlight. As the sun moves in the sky, it illuminates the foliage through layers of yellow and green. As it sets, it paints the sky with pastels. These evolving shades will infuse our day, creating a romantic backdrop for our celebration. 

 

While not at all mandatory, we would be honored if our guests chose to complement this vision through their attire by incorporating yellows, greens, and pastel pinks and blues into their semi-formal attire. The spectrum is quite large so do not be afraid to express yourself :)
